Poland, like so many societies, is fractured. Fear and hatred have gripped the nation, polarizing communities, families and citizens.
We work to reduce polarization and enable dialogue across divisions. Our mission is to rebuild the space for democratic consensus in Poland.
What we do
We deliver depolarization solutions. Dialogue formats for highly divided communities, civic trainings in good conversation and project blueprints for other NGOs.
How we do it
We work with partners and grantmakers to deliver impact, scale and innovation. Social change is what drives our work.
Who we are
Our 20+ team consists of social activists, dialogue facilitators, social scientists and project managers. The foundation serves as our activity hub.
