Conversation training for students – with the BNP Foundation
16 March | The BNP Foundation asked us to train 50 high school students participating in their talent support program. Our training included active listening, managing ideological adversity and expressing views in a non-confrontational manner.

13 March | Wawrzyniec Smoczyński delivered remarks on polarization in Poland and answered questions from business leaders participating in the BCG-led EmpowerPL mentoring program.

1 March | Iza Meyza and Wawrzyniec Smoczyński delivered a webinar for 120 high-school teachers on polarization among students and how to address ideological divisions in the classroom.
Poland Future Dialogue – with the Allianz Foundation
29 February | We have delivered a tailored event bringing together over 30 young activists and policy makers for 4 mini-dialogues on school education, climate policy, equality and democratic reform.
Webinar on the dialogue toolbox – with NGOs from Central Europe
27 February | As part of our project with the National Endowment for Democracy we have passed our dialogue know-how to 14 NGOs from Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Czechia and Lithuania.
Seminar on polarization – with the Leadership Academy for Poland
31 January | Wawrzyniec Smoczyński delivered a lecture on polarization in Poland and solutions to alleviate it to alumni of the combined LAP and ALP leadership programs, followed by a Q&A session.
